All products offered for purchase on the Website are subject to availability. Many of the specialty plastics we use are very limited in availability. The prices stated for such products are subject to change without notice. Chandler Music may make improvements and/or changes in the products at any time without notice.
All products are cut to fill specific orders from customers; we do not keep pickguards in inventory because every customer seems to want something special or different. Any customization requested on your order will be completed in our custom shop. Once a pickguard is customized, it cannot be returned or exchanged as it is no longer a stock item.
We guarantee our work & will be responsible for any error in cutting, but we are not responsible for customer’s mistakes in ordering the wrong pickguard, not reading the full product description & reviewing the photo, or for customer errors in customization requests.

Shipping Your Order
We make every effort to fabricate & ship your order within 2 weeks or sooner. Standard orders (continental USA address) will typically arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Canada, EU, & other overseas addresses require extra time, up to 2 weeks, for the package to travel to the destination country & clear local customs.

Return Policy
Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our Contact Center. We will take you step by step through the return process. Returns for refund or exchange must be within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns must be in original packing, unused and in resalable condition and all non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will have return shipping fees deducted from the refund amount. All merchandise must be shipped to us using an authorized return label that we provide when setting up your return. We will not accept returns sent to us without prior authorization. Unwanted shipments are refused.
